Cancellation Policy
Additional Terms and Conditions All payments made in advance for online bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment, and the amount you have already paid will be transferred to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. For no-shows or short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice), the payment previously made will be forfeited and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge the card you have provided on our website for any outstanding balance. **Payment of Remaining Balance** The remaining balance can be settled at the conclusion of your treatment. We accept CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT cards. Please be advised that payments made via credit or debit card will incur a processing fee. For card payments, we exclusively support "Tap to Pay" transactions.
